Weight Loss And The Ageing Process

Filed under: Menopause Relief Advisor — Tags: — Sue @ 6:08 am

Gaining weight…. YUCK!!… putting on weight is quite possibly one of the worst side effects to ageing.

Why is that?… this probably doesn’t need an explanation but I know you feel disgusting… and clothes do not fit… (there is nothing worse than clothes that are too tight)… and you probably believe you look fat… and gone are the days you can eat what you want and not worry… and … shall I go on…

One of the most important factors of weight gain though is it is dangerous for your health.  Did you know that Heart Disease is greatest in women 40+ and one of the reasons for this is the fact that 100 percent of women when they reach mid-life will have an increase in body-fat.  With a higher percent of body-fat your heart has to work harder to pump blood through your body.

With this increase in body-fat can come a decrease in energy, and an increase in fat deposits around the heart… an increase in cholesterol and diabetes… and of course we must not forget breast cancer.

You see the facts are that as you age how your body works ’slows down’ which causes your body-fat to ‘creep up’… and the higher your body-fat climbs the worse you are going to feel.

This is all too daunting and lets me honest a little scary.  So what can you do to help your body lose weight. and to feel young and vibrant again.  The good news is that you can change it.  You just have to want to learn how to do it.

Some Healthy Tips for Weight Loss at 40+
(watch out for my next email because I am launching my e-Book ‘Exercise… is a Secret to Anti-ageing’)

1. Start to exercise… and if you are exercising and not getting the results you want then you have to change HOW and WHAT you are doing because at 40+ your body needs to be stimulated differently.
(Exercise is not a choice or an option at 40+ it is just something you MUST do)

2. Give your body the essential nutritional elements specific to the changing needs of 40+ body.

3. Supplement with quality super foods, vitamins and minerals

4. Natural hormone replacement (CLICK HERE to check out my body balance cream)

5. Drink water

6. Sleep

AND.. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT TIP!

Focus on the EFFORT of improving your lifestyle habits… and WEIGHT LOSS is your reward!

If you focus just on losing weight you can MISS some of the most important ingredients that are necessary for you to lose weight at 40+…

You see, now that you are 40+ you have to reduce your caloric intake (you cannot eat as much) and INCREASE your nutritional value of food.  This is another reason why supplementing is not an option, it is just what you do… because the food you eat does not give your body the extra vitamins and minerals your body needs to ’speed up’ your physiology or ‘boost’ your metabolism.

I know it can sound quite confusing but it really is easy to do once you know what the basic fundamentals are.  Please take note of this next tip.

One of the secrets to losing weight at 40+ is to forget what you used to know about weight loss and staying in-shape and learn ‘how to do it’ now that you are 40+.

I have been putting together the Menopause Relief Advisor Program and this will be ready for you in a couple of weeks.  This is a 3 month coaching program that is going to give you all the secrets and strategies you need to lose weight and have great health…

… you can relieve all your ill-health menopause symptoms… and you can have the body you want… and it is cost effective and you can do it from home.

So watch out for the release of this program and…. in the meantime get off your butt and MOVE as much as you can… and in a couple of days I will send you the link and you can get my e-Book ‘Exercise… is a Secret to Anti-ageing”… and I also have a special gift for you.
