I received my book “Dead Brain Cells Don’t Die” written by Dr Dharma today and I read the whole thing while sitting on the bike at the gym.  It is absolutely amazing.  As you know your brain is your control centre and keeps you alive and if you can learn how to look after your brain just by changing a few of your daily, weekly habits then you can help relieve some of your ill-health symptoms that I know you are experiencing. 

I send these emails to you in the hope that you can learn one new strategy to apply in your life that can make a difference and help you feel better.  If you choose not to use HRT then you do know, don’t you that you have to invest in yourself, expand your knowledge and then apply what you are learning.  If you do this then you can have improved health and be happier with who you are.  I spend my time reading, researching, studying and ‘TESTING’ everything that I suggest or recommend to you.  It is then up to you to take control of YOU and apply some or all of what I suggest.  And if you have tried something that you have had a great result from then please post a comment on my blog and it may offer help or hope to another woman.

The truth is that you do have to spend some money because it is essential to use natural supplements that are formulated specifically for a 40+ body and… it is important that you educate yourself on what else you have to do.  I know lots of you are and I congratulate you if you are… and what works for one woman or myself may not work for you… so there is a certain amount of trial and error.  But hey, if you don’t try something then you will, and I can promise this, stay in a constant state of ill-health.  (sorry but I have to be honest with you)

Brain Health

Brain Health “What is good for your heart is good for your brain” and did you know that water is the only substance that actually goes straight to your brain? As most of you know I have a intellectually impaired son and have been studying brain health for 20 years. Matthew is healthy, drug free and high functioning because I had to open my mind to alternative methods of healing the human body and to give my son credit he has been my guinea pig for every natural remedy, tonic and vitamins that have come onto the market. Up until 7 years ago Matthew had an epileptic seizure every ten minutes. Known as focal epilepsy his brain would switch off and no information could go in. I began studying the power of nutrition for the brain when Matthew was 7 years old and as much as it would drive his teachers crazy I would take him off the drugs with the latest nutritional find and without consulting or sharing my ‘experiment’ I would wait for their response.

I was introduced to a health supplement 7 years ago called Tahitian Noni Juice (I have shared this with you before)… after I did my own research (the client who introduced it to me would not take no for

answer) Matthew and I began drinking TNJ. Within 6 weeks his teacher rang to ask me what I was giving Matthew this time because his concentration, focus and memory had improved by about 40%. My reply was ‘Ohh just quality nutrition”. Matthew had a brain MRI the following week and his neurologist said that the epileptic acitivity was no longer present and after further tests it showed that his brain had also stopped discharging. Matthew has been drug free every since.

My PMT disappeared in the first month never to rare its ugly head again. (thats a good thing). And the only thing I had changed in his routine was 60mls of TNJ twice a day.

Menopause Relief Advisor – anti-ageing secrets

I went to see ‘Maos Last Dance’ , what an incredible movie.  I came home and just wanted to dance.  I have decided to start exercise dance classes for 40+ women.  The ageing process can be a challenging and sometimes  confusing because the whole acceptance thing of knowing that time is one of the most precious things we have.  I remember my grandfather telling me that once you are over 21 time goes too fast and I tend to agree with him.  Today I finished my first e-book CELEBRATE… I am just sitting on my butt, writing and I am usre that it is spreading, my butt that is.  Anyway it is all good because I really want to women to know that they have to change their exercise programm now theyare 40+.  I sat on the bike at Versace for 45 minutes this morning – gee it felt good.
