Dear Susan,

You may be surprised to discover that I have 2 powerful addictions that I must satisfy each and every single day. I consider them positive addictions but they’re addictions none the less.

Thinking about it, I’d have to say that the overriding reason for my addictions is that I like to feel good each and every minute of each and every day. I don’t want any pain in my body. I don’t want to feel over-stressed, and I really want to feel as if I’m in the flow of life.

I am addicted to having the mental and physical energy I need to get the job done and fulfill all of my responsibilities.

I am addicted to NOT going to see doctors all the time and waiting around in their offices for hours because they think it’s OK to keep me waiting.

I’m addicted to doing the right thing.

I’m addicted to being HAPPY and NOT being addicted to finding fulfillment OUTSIDE of my inner being.

Hold on. That’s more than 2 addictions BUT there are 2 lifestyle behaviors that drive all my other addictions and make it possible to be myself as much as I can be.

Yes, those 2 addictions go a long way to helping me live my life in balance and release my NEGATIVITY. I mean to say, who wants to hold onto that garbage that we all pick up during the course of everyday life? I sure don’t.

My 2 addictions help me be creative and not be driven by negative emotions such as anger or greed or a false sense of pride.

My 2 addictions allow me to live an empowered life and empower others rather that being on a power trip.

I absolutely want to continue on my quest to live as an open hearted person with compassion, openness, and loving kindness. Yes, I want to maintain my YANG qualities, but it’s critically important to me to also continue to develop my YIN as well.

I must live and share my true essence; it takes me where I need to go. I am addicted to being myself and having that be what I project to the outside world and having that be how others see me. That’s the epitome of truth.

And while truth is high, higher still is truthful living.

I am addicted to acting from my intuitive self and having my life flow as much as possible from a state of intuitive ease, what yogis call SAHEJ or effortlessness.

I am into communicating with you and being in a good mood and allowing my happiness to hopefully make you happy, too.

I am into living in the light and sharing my light with you and anyone who feels the energy and wants some, too.

So what are my 2 addictions?

1) I wake up every morning and do my sadhana (sa da na) of affirmations, visualization, yoga, breath-work, meditations, and prayer; usually with my wife. It can be anywhere from 1 hour to 2 ½ hours long. That sets the tone for the day. Beyond that, as you know by now, it changes your brain chemistry and impacts its anatomy to create a vehicle for peak performance.

2) I exercise as often as I can, usually 4 times a week with the intention of going to 5. This is an ongoing challenge but I’m happy to report I’m making progress. I try to vary it by walking, going to the gym, doing body weight exercises, and occasionally doing some weight training as well. Moreover, I’ve been working out with a personal trainer named Alex recently who is 51 years old himself, so he understands I don’t care about being all muscled up. I want to be toned, and have great range of motion in my hips and shoulders. I do about 30-40 minutes of cardio at the moment with the intention of increasing that as well.

These are my 2 addictions.

Want to FEEL GREAT, too?

You can and you won’t have to spend as much time at it as I do.

Because I’m a yogi and an excellent long time student of a Master, I have the ability to transmit FEELING GREAT to you in only 11 minutes a day. And this offer will end RIGHT NOW.

I’ve extended it twice but I have to bring it to a close.

SO I urge you to take advantage of this last time 3 Month Meditation of the Month Club offer.
